ISPO Bursaries

ISPO UK offers two different types of bursary: 1) the ISPO  Annual Bursary and 2) the ISPO Student Travel Bursaries

1) ISPO Bursary

Applications are invited each year for this bursary.  Worth up to £500, it is intended to help a member of ISPO UK fund an educational visit or a short research programme.

Conditions

1. Award of the bursary is by competition.
2. Applicants must submit a description of their proposal with an agenda and an outline budget by the announced deadline.
3. Applicants must have been a member of ISPO for at least three years.
4. On completion of their project winners must provide a report in a form suitable for transmission to the ISPO UK membership.

Applications for bursaries are invited.  The deadline date is 31st May and applications should be sent to:  ISPO UK NMS, PO Box 2781, Glasgow, G61 3YL.

2) ISPO Student Travel Bursaries

Each year ISPO UK makes up to three travel bursary awards to student members to enable them to travel to another country in order to carry out a work-related project, to obtain work experience, make a presentation at a conference etc.  The value of each bursary is up to a maximum of £500.

Conditions

1. Award of the bursaries is by competition.
2. Applicants must submit a description of their proposal with an agenda and an outline budget by the announced deadline.
3. Applicants must provide a letter of support from their educational supervisor.
4. Applicants must be a member of ISPO.
5. On completion of their project winners must provide a report in a form suitable for transmission to the ISPO UK memberhip.
