TIPS/ISPO/BACPAR 2019

We look forward to welcoming a magnificent 300 delegates this week to TIPS/ISPO/BACPAR 2019 at the fabulous Lowry, in Manchester.

The overarching theme of the conference is "Moving beyond the lab" and the programme is packed with a series of keynote and guest lectures, free paper presentations, poster exhibition and workshops. And as is customary at ISPO meetings, a commercial exhibition will run in tandem with the conference offering delegates an opportunity to see the latest innovations in rehabilitation engineering and assistive technologies. Combined with a lively social programme, TIPS/ISPO/BACPAR 2019 promises to be a truly inspirational event for all professionals involved in rehabilitation medicine, research, practice, prosthetics, orthotics, engineering, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, neuroscience, assistive devices and technologies. We can't wait to get started and we can't wait to see you there!

Have you downloaded the conference APP?

All registered delegates and exhibitors should now have received an e-mail with instructions on how to download the conference app (there will be no hard copy conference proceedings this year - we're doing our bit to save on paper - you can download the full schedule and proceedings from the app). Post conference we'll also upload here on the website.

If you have not received this e-mail with your app link, contact Vicky now on +44(0) 161 295 5950 or e-mail tipsconference@salford.ac.uk

Take some time to familiarise yourself with the app; learn how to take notes; connect with the other delegates and create your own schedule. Have a look through the abstracts and think about which workshops/case studies you want to sign up for. Check out the Poster Exhibition and note when the authors will be present to discuss their research; scroll through our impressive list of Exhibitors and be sure to visit their stands, introduce yourself and take full advantage of this opportunity to see and hear about the latest developments and innovations in rehabilitation technologies and devices.

Registration

The Registration Desk will be open each day from 8.00 am. Please register early - we don't want you to miss the opening sessions. At the Registraiton Desk you'll receive your delegate badge and pack and can sign up for workshops and case/studies.
