"The Future of Prosthetics and Orthotics" is organised and hosted by the Student Society of the Prosthetic and Orthotic Centre for Doctoral Training (P&O CDT). It is a FREE event, targeted at undergraduate, masters and early careers researchers, with the aim of showcasing the diversity of careers available in the P&O sector. The event includes a variety of speakers including Claude Tardiff, President of the International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) and Mark Inglis, the first double amputee to climb Mount Everest. There will be a mix of talks and panel discussions with regular opportunities for audience engagement.
