ASM 2022 - Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

An invitation is extended to all commercial and not-for-profit organisations to exhibit at, and consider sponsorship of, the upcoming 2022 ISPO UK MS Annual Scientific Meeting & Exhibition to be held at the Village Hotel, London Watford on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 October 2022. EXHIBITION

Priority exhibition space will be allocated to confirmed sponsors in the first instance. All other exhibition space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Exhibition rates are noted below. If you wish to reserve exhibition space please e-mail info@ispo.org.uk and a member of the team will send you a booking form.

Commercial Exhibition Space

1 x exhibition space measuring 2m x 1.5m.
Table and cloth covering on request.
Free wi-fi.
Access to electric socket.
1 x exhibitor representative registration (any additional exhibitor representatives in attendance should register as delegates using the delegate registration form).

2 DAY PARTICIPATION - £700 PER SPACE | 1 DAY PARTICIPATION - £500 PER SPACE

Non Commercial (not-for-profit/charity) Exhibition Space

1 x exhibition space measuring 2m x 1.5m.
Table and cloth covering on request.
Free wi-fi.
Access to electric socket (subject to availability)
1 x exhibitor representative registration (any additional exhibitor representatives in attendance should register as delegates using the delegate registration form).

2 DAY PARTICIPATION - £350 PER SPACE | 1 DAY PARTICIPATION - £175 PER SPACE
